Join the Team: Openings in our Special Populations Department

At Rapoport Academy, our Special Populations team works behind the scenes and on the front lines to ensure every student has an equitable path to graduation. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we are looking for two qualified professionals to step into key roles within this important department.
Supporting Student Success
We are seeking an Educational Diagnostician and a Middle School Special Education Teacher focused on Math. You’ll be joining a veteran team of educators and specialists who prioritize collaboration, student support, and, above all, the well-being of our students.
Open Positions:
Educational Diagnostician: Lead the evaluation process, facilitate ARD committees, and help our teachers translate data into classroom success. (Requires Master's and TX Diagnostician Certification).
Middle School SPED Teachers (2 openings): Work specifically with our Elm Campus students in Math Inclusion and Resource settings. (Requires TX SPED Certification).
The Rapoport Difference
We pride ourselves on a culture of coaching. Whether you are an experienced diagnostician or a teacher looking to make an impact in special populations, you will find a supportive home here with the resources you need to focus on what matters: the students.
