Rapoport Academy will strengthen the classroom experience by establishing high standards for teaching and learning. We will invest in proven instructional methods and high-quality instructional materials to ensure every student is challenged. Our focus will be on providing the resources and rigorous training necessary to prepare every graduate for success in college, a career, or military service.

This 5-year plan was developed with student success in mind. Through these efforts, we will work to ensure all of our students have access to high-quality schools and learning experiences that prepare them for their futures.
These are more than just words on a page. This is our guide to initiatives, support, and student outcomes for the next five years. The goals, measurements, and specific tasks to implement the priorities will come to fruition over this time and will be introduced and communicated broadly.
Our academic strategic plan is a dynamic document that will change and evolve as we define strategies and actions that support our commitment to ensuring all students will graduate truly ready for College, Career, and Life!

Rapoport Academy will build a culture where every student feels safe, seen, and supported. We will strengthen our safety and behavior plans to ensure they are proactive and consistent. By equipping our staff with the tools to meet the social and emotional needs of every child from Pre-K through 12th grade, we will foster a community where all students can thrive.

- Provide teachers with the tools and training to support students in all special populations.

Rapoport Academy will focus on building a team of educators by strengthening how we recruit, support, and reward our staff. We will expand our hiring pipelines and partnerships to find talent and streamline our onboarding to get them classroom-ready. To keep our best teachers at Rapoport, we will utilize the Teacher Incentive Allotment to recognize and reward excellence, ensuring our students learn from the very best every day.

Rapoport Academy will prioritize educator growth and high levels of classroom engagement. Through our refreshed "Pathway to Champion" model, we will provide teachers with personalized training tailored to their experience level. This growth, combined with clear district-wide expectations for teaching techniques, will ensure we are engaging students effectively and monitoring their progress.

Rapoport Academy will align resources with its desired student experience, emphasizing safety, security, and operational efficiency. We will implement a long-term financial plan that ensures every dollar is used strategically to support our students’ needs. Additionally, we will launch a master maintenance plan for our buildings and technology, ensuring our facilities remain equipped for the future.

By using a structured calendar to regularly analyze our progress, we will maintain a culture of constant improvement, always looking for ways to better serve our students and families.
